Brian C. Alston is the Founder and Developer of the Relationship Literacy Program (RLP). With graduate-level training in Clinical Psychology and more than two decades of experience in education, leadership, and community development, he combines academic expertise with practical insights into human behavior. His collaboration with the U.S. Army Pacific Command SHARP Program (2021–2022) addressed sexual harassment and relational abuse, giving him direct experience with the challenges service members face.
As the son of a U.S. Navy veteran and nephew to Army servicemen, Brian’s family legacy deepens his personal commitment to military culture and resilience. His leadership ensures RLP training is mission-focused, evidence-based, and tailored to strengthen cohesion, prevent abuse, and enhance readiness.
