About Course
This self-paced online training helps middle school boys build practical skills for safety, healing, resilience, and healthy peer support. As part of Module 2, the course teaches students how to recognize unsafe situations, seek help from trusted adults, respond wisely to peer challenges, and strengthen healthy habits that support emotional recovery and personal growth.
Throughout this training, students will learn that asking for help, creating a safety plan, using healthy coping strategies, and supporting others without taking unsafe risks are all signs of courage and maturity. The course is designed to help boys understand that strength is not about handling everything alone. Real strength includes awareness, self-control, wise decision-making, and the ability to reach for support when needed.
This course includes three mission-based sessions: Safety and Advocacy, Healing and Resilience, and Reflection Circle. Each session is designed as a guided self-paced learning experience that helps students practice safety awareness, emotional resilience, healthy support, and personal responsibility in friendships, school life, family situations, and peer relationships.
