About Course

This self-paced online training helps middle school boys strengthen emotional intelligence, self-control, stress management, and conflict resolution skills. As part of Module 3, this course teaches students how to understand their emotions, manage stressful situations, challenge unhelpful thoughts, resolve conflict respectfully, and take responsibility for personal growth.

Throughout this training, students will learn that self-management does not mean being perfect. It means developing practical tools that help them stay calm, think clearly, and respond wisely even when life feels stressful or confusing. By the end of the module, students will have a stronger foundation in emotional regulation, resilience, communication, conflict resolution, and accountability.
