About Course
This self-paced training helps middle school boys develop healthy relationship skills through practical reflection, guided decision-making, and interactive learning. The course focuses on five core areas: building healthy foundations, communication in practice, trust-building and repair, respect and mutual support, and closing reflection with personal commitment.
Students will learn that strong relationships do not happen by accident. They are built through trust, respect, support, listening, honesty, accountability, and consistent healthy choices. Each session is designed to help boys understand what healthy relationships look like in friendships, school life, teams, family relationships, and peer interactions.
This training is part of the Relationship Literacy Program and is designed for independent learning. Learners will move through each session at their own pace, reflect on real-life situations, and practice skills they can apply immediately in daily life.
